On the basis of various scientific publications by Dr. Thomas Kraft on the subject of improving quality in HR consultancy, and the many years of executive search experience of both managing partners, we have developed a three-phase system that improves the procedure for externally recruiting qualified specialists and executives over the long term: the “Triple S™” method.
