Our Basic Principles
The following 10 principles for our working relationship with clients and candidates form a sound base on which our business partners can rely:
- We advise all our clients and candidates as objectively and sincerely as if it was our own future we were considering.
- We handle our mandates with the greatest professionalism and confidentiality, and treat all our business partners with the highest respect.
- We do not regard ourselves purely as a placement agency, but as competent and reliable consultants for filling key positions.
- To avoid conflicts of interest and guarantee our clients as large a search field as possible, we work for only a limited number of clients within a particular branch of industry.
- We do not approach any of our clients’ employees as candidates for vacant positions outside their companies.
- We treat all information concerning clients and candidates with the utmost discretion and care.
- To avoid irritation when contacting candidates and recommendation providers, we do not accept assignments that have also been placed with other HR consultants.
- We do not accept success fees as these endanger the long-term impartiality, professionalism and integrity of consultancy.
- We receive fees solely from our clients, never from potential candidates.
- We check candidate references with the utmost care and only upon the candidate's prior approval.
