Education
Dr. Silke Kraft-Vogelsang studied Business Administration at the University of Cologne and the National University of Singapore, graduating with honours. She then completed a doctorate at the University of Cologne, becoming a doctor of political science.

Professional experience
Dr. Silke Kraft-Vogelsang has more than 12 years of experience as an HR and management consultant. At the beginning of her career, she worked for “Fulde Management- und Personalberatung” in Düsseldorf in the areas of HR training, coaching and HR and organisational development for clients from various different branches of industry. Since the end of the 90s, her focus has shifted more and more towards searching for and selecting specialists and executives by direct contact (executive search). She was employed as Senior Consultant for “Ward Howell International” (later “Signium International”) and “Boyden International” in Düsseldorf which rank among the ten largest executive search consultancies in Germany. In her today's function as Managing Partner of Dr. Kraft Consultants GmbH, she handles executive search assignments for clients of many different sizes. She is also responsible for developing and implementing individual coaching and management audit concepts tailored to the requirements of the respective client.

Focus of consulting activities
The focus of Dr. Silke Kraft-Vogelsang’s consulting activities is on executive search, mainly in the areas of life sciences, consumer goods, industry, professional services and social institutions.
